I'm a 24 year old male, with rush-like spots on the head of the penis. Just between the head and the body of the penis. Had it since I was 13 years old. It's not painful but I want it gone. What is to be done.

Hello- balanitis is when the head of the penis (the 'glans') becomes inflamed, causing the skin to become red and itchy. Carefully washing and drying off the affected area is usually enough to make balanitis go away. Medical treatment is occasionally also needed.
