Namaste sir/madam. I have been on betahistine 8 mg twice a day for bppv vertigo since 4 months and escitalopram plus clonazepam combination for anxiety depression since that long. No relief yet experiencing severe headache and lightheadedness and dizzy when I move my head a lot. Restlessness and a irritable also. Should I go for mri?
