Is there any harm or side effects of taking BECOZYM C FORTE daily? (its a vitamin B complex forte+biotin+vitamin C tablet). If not what are the side effects and if yes what are the benefits? My doctor has prescribed this me when I had furuncle; along with some medicine (tolpa-d and cefuroxime). I am asking this because after taking this tab for 5 days I found some reduction in my hair fall. Please help me. Thank you.

Vitamin B and C are water soluble vitamins and only needed amounts are retained by the body and excess is excreted in urine giving yellowish discolouration to urine. You may take these vitamins daily but anything more than daily requirement will be a waste.
