I am suffering from cold headache and fever since yesterday. I had taken 2 d cold total and 1 paracetamol yesterday but today morning condition is worse. Watery eyes and nose. Back to back sneezing. Could not sleep in night because of this. Please suggest asap.

Well in changing weather headache and fever is a common problem facing by lots of people but my only worry is almost everyone go for antibiotic medicines and are unaware of the side effects these medicines have in your case also you have fever headache watery eyes and nose and sneezing. The problem is nothing but a simple cold and flu. I am prescribing you a natural remedies to treat your problem now what you have to do you have to take 15 leaves of shyam tulsi and 5 grams ginger and 1 leaves of bitter nem now make a paste of all the three things and put in hundred ml water and boil for 7 to 8 minutes then refine (chaan le) it and drink the herbal tea. Your problem will be cured in 2 days but you have to drink this herbal tea for 30 days regularly twice a day one in morning empty stomach and one in evening 3 hours after your lunch apart from that do hot water gargle and put 5 grams of rock salt in it. Other additional natural remedy is that you have to take one tablespoon honey and 2 to 3 gram of mashed ginger and eat it thrice a day. You can also do steam twice a day when you put water in your schema also put along with it 4 to 5 grams ajwain in it. For one week avoid direct air from air conditioner air cooler and make sure when you are sleeping your head is in south direction.
