I am 6 month pregnant and 7 month is going on. My weight is stable now at 69 kg. please suggest me healthy diet so that baby can grow healthy?

Hi lybrate user, u need to take more of protein in ur diet like, milk , paneer, sprouts, all types of pulses , egg white, chicken n fish if u take non veg. See that u eat small quantities every 2hrs. Add 1or 2fruits to ur diet than juices.
