Hi. Doctor. I am 6 weeks pregnant and today I went for scanning for seeing baby heart beat. But doctor did not found heart beat. Doctor told me to wait. From last week scan to this week scan there is some growth in foetus. Should I wait for next week or is it a sign of miscarriage. Please suggest me.
