Hi I am 24 and I am noticing that my hands turns cold when I sits in an a/c room although when I goes out of a/c they turns normal, so am I having any sort of problem if yes then who is the doctor to consult and 1 more thing I also gets sweat in my palms so please suggest 4 both and if possible any remedy that can help me.
