A rat bite when I accidentally stepped on it. Seeing a few drops of blood, the small wound was immediately washed in plenty of Dettol in water. Clotrimazole cream (STATUM) was applied. No pain or itching after 5 minutes. No swelling or redness. Does it need further attention/treatment?

However this doesn't need any further treatment, but to avoid unnecessary risk, you can go for Tetanus injection, so as to avoid infection. There are very very rare chances of catching rabies or rat bite fever, after a rat bite. So initially i will advice only for Tetanus injection.
