Hello Concern Dr. I would like to advice from you , everyday I drink three or more times coffee with sugar mix is it Ok for health ? I have Sugar under control I used Zoform-1000 MG tablet everyday one time after dinner only. Previous two years before I had faced Cancer hematologist surgery done, but I am alright now.

sugar is very harmful for health as it fastens ageing process & causes inflammation. it us very addictive too. it provides empty calories no nutrients. too much caffeine is also harmful as it us diuretic & increases acid secretion in stomach thus increasing chance of developing ulcer. Its better to limit coffee intake to 1 cup a day with less sugar. You may have green tea or herbal tea instead

Lybrate-user, need to know what type of cancer you had and what treatment you received. Drinking coffee as such is not harmful but in the long run may affect your digestive and cardiovascular system. Causing of recurrence of cancer after frequent coffee use is not known.

Try cut down on sugar, salt, spicy, oily, greasy and other high calorie food stuff including fast foods. Adopt a mediterranean diet pattern instead. Stay well hydrated.
