Suffering with gynecomastia from years I'm 26 now can anybody help me to reduce it ? I'm not interested in surgery if any medication s are available please let me know.

There is no better solution than surgery. Only surgery will help you get rid of this problem. However for an evaluation you must meet a surgeon/physician to rule out the causes of gynecomastia first. The causes are multiple and sometimes a particular cause can be pointed out, the elimination of which does lead to regression of gynecomastia. But majority of the people if they are serious about getting rid of this problem they have to undergo surgery.
