I have gastric problem. Doctor prescribed me veloz d tablet. I took this for one month .after 20 days I got the same problem. I don't wanna take this medicine advise me how to cure naturally.

Please write your problem in detail eat slowly. Avoid stress avoid fast food hurry, worry, curry is the main cause of gastritis avoid hot meal, tea, milk, use mucain gel 4 times daily especially half hour before meals.

you can cure gastritis by diet change take plenty of fresh fruit ,vegetables,salads. avoid tea coffee ,chillies.drink plenty of water.moderate exercise and sleep.avoid stress.if it does not work please go ahead with medicines they are effective.
