I am 32 now. 2 years of marriage. And 2 times abortion in 5th week. Consulted gyneac. Done with tests like karyotyping, genetic study, chromosomes study and scanning. Except scan all reports are normal. Scan shows a heamoharrgic cyst of 3 cm. Wbc count is high. Doc says its due to infection. Is surgery only solution for removing cyst n to proceed for conceiving. Please suggest.

If it is hemorrhagic cyst, it is likely to resolve with or without medications. Wait for a couple of months and rescan again. Generally it is not the cause of recurrent abortions like in your case. Did you do tests like thrombophilia profile? recurrent abortions require a detailed workup and at times the cause may still be difficult to know. Most of the times there is no problem with conception and only fetal growth is the issue.
