You should meet with a doctor who will monitor your withdrawal from pentazocine. If the addiction is too severe you are better advised to admit yourself to a hospital and have them conduct the detoxification process to remove the physical craving. If it is more severe than that and you have an addictive personality, you must admit yourself to a rehabilitation who will do both the detoxification and the rehabilitation of your personality. Even after treatment, you will need to attend na meetings in your city for a long time.
