My grandfather got paralysis a year ago and past few days he got pits. Why is this happening. His left cerebrum was dried. No other diseases.

Fits can be due to many resons. Most common in this kind of case senarios are. Low sodium or glucose, rarely it can be another episod of stroke. Fits can also occur because the'dried' or dead cerebral tissue acts as irritative focus. But this cause is common in early days post stroke.
