I am having harniya Dr. gave me these medicine Cadbe (multivitamin &multimineral tablets) Cintodac Admax (calcium carbonate with calcitriol&zinc capsules? Enbios (probiotic &probiotic delayed release capsules) Ancool (aluminium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, simethicone&oxetacaine suspension) syrup Now sometime I use to have vomiting and sometime I have abdominal pain. My 1 month course of medicine is going to get ovr within few days and the doc is out of station can I repeat this medicine for 1 month again. But ri8 now I am in Bhubaneswar and I am not getting the same composition medicine. I am getting these medicine here but the composition is different So can I take? Other composition med again for 1 month?

Hernia always needs surgery. Maintain proper hygiene, take filtered water only. No smoking, no alcohol if any. Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2 hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help chew your food properly at time of lunch and dinner. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy/usg done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.
