Hello, I was diagnosed with typhoid on 29 june this year and on 2 aug, again went with blood test and typhoid reports are negative. please suggest how to recover after it. I feel so weak. My legs and back start to pain and I couldn't get up after I sleep in the evening. Do I need complete bed rest if my body reacts like this? Or I can go to college for 2-3 hrs.

Do not worry, you can go to college start your studies properly take good diet having fruits, green vegetables, dry fruits, milk take some vitamine supplement take more water no fried/ spicy / junk food you will be ok with in 7 days for medicine contact on private chat with blood cbc report.
