As I have read regarding the benefits of beer , one doubt has struck in my mind. Beer is considered to be a alcoholic beverage which in over doses may produce unnecessary actions on the body and the person is unconscious of what he is doing? So how can you promote beer as a energy supplement rich in B complex? I don't have the habit of drinking and I have finally fixed in my mind to not to drink any alcoholic beverages in my life. Please advice about it
