She has a small enlargement in her vaginal portion. Feeling little pain when touch. Is it dangerous. Need any treatment.

Most likely it is due to Bartholin cyst. It grows slowly on one side, feels like a tense balloon under the vaginal skin, just inside the opening. It can subside on its own but recurs. If it gets infected, pain will be severe, along with fever. Best option is to get it removed by minor surgery (day care).
