Sir, I am just 39 years old women and having baby of 6 years od . But now a days I am facing problem in my monthly period. Irregular date, low flow of blood. Dr. says my menopause started already. Wht can b do�e to postpone my menope ? Any h9me remedy? I am pure vegetarian. Pl�guide.
