Hello, for hiv & vdrl test for syphilis are widely available across all government hospitals everywhere. Of these, elisa for hiv is done free of cost at government ictc/vctc centers & vdrl is also done at affordable rates. There are many other tests for diagnosing std. But I would like to know the real reason of why you are wanting to do all these tests. Also, you have mentioned you are suffering from migraine & are on some medications; so I would also like to know about your mood, sleep, interest, energy levels, appetite etc. To help you further.
