I am 26 unmarried, I have lot of tense about my sperm count, thats y I have done my semen analysis, in that result is total sperm conc. 110 million/milliliters, puss cells is few, epithelial cells is few, normal morphology is 85%,abnormal morphology is 15%,head defects 6%,neck & medpiece 3%,tail defects 6%, chemical exm- semen fructose qualitative particulate matter++,round cell few, positive please tell me I am normal or not, thank you.
