I have been suffering from hepatitis b for last 2 year. After consultation of one gastroenterologist, He prescribed for entecavir tablet. After taken for 6 months, when I tested my Hb dna test, it is found that no virus was found. Again another after 6 months I tested again same result found. But in lft test ,alt is slightly up to 50 above normal range of 45. Doctor suggest me to continue to entecavir tablet. I want permanent treatment. Please suggest me the best options?

Continue the meds and about lfts they are not that alarming. These can act as acute phase reactants i. E. Can be raised in any inflammation. You do not have to worry about these raised lfts.
