Dark Lybrate user, You should take fruits in the morning. Before taking lunch you may take salads etc. After that at the time of dinner you may rake normal food. Also take daily morning three to four pcs. Of harde soaked at night in a glass of water. Drink water early morning and add more water in that glass. Papaya, you should add I your diet.
