Dear Ashok proteins are building blocks it is not only one of the essential substance required by our body but also important in repairing muscles , for synthesis of haemoglobin and various hormones and enzymes.1 litre of cow's milk contains 32 gm protein,it mainly contains casein and whey protein,whey is fastest digesting protein,in protein shakes this type of protein found.an egg contains 13 gm of protein along with vitamin A and B .
