Which foods, vegetables or oils help to boost nervous system? Sometimes my nervous system brokedown. Sometimes nervous system became over active. Now I am doing yoga. Yoga will help me to overcome the nervousness or nerve disorders? My age is 26. Since childhood I was very nervous person. How to recover this problem? Is it major problem? Or not?

It is not your nervous system, I think, but your lack of emotional maturity, the style of your perception and understanding the world/things/persons/situations etc. That shakes your nervous system. Of course, regular practice of yoga with pranayama will help you to a great extent to reduce the sympathetic nervous system arousal and thereby reduce your anxiety levels. If it is combined with a training to improve your emotional competencies, the results will be best. Try it with a psychologist or I will be able to do it through Lybrate's private question section.
