Was diagnosed with bipolar type two by Dr. and prescribed lametec 100x2 daily. I have been taking regularly diluted the last 3 years and no problem. I just want to know whether to continue. Dr. had said would have to take it for 5 years to life but I am concerned about side effects of long term use.

The doctor seems to be in the right direction, do as he says and attend regular follow up and blood tests as advised. Not all people develop side effects to medicines, 1 medicine might have 20-50 side effects, only if you develop it would be a concern.
