My father full leg jerk and vibrate. He has laminectomy 1 and half month back, also he is having depression with suicidal thoughts. This jerk get faster if he get his mind on leg, but if we indulge him in another activities, this jerk get slower and gradually stops. Can this jerk be associated with parkinson disease?

A checkup must. Only legs jerks doesn't mean Parkinson's syndrome. Its due to weakness if muscle strength and lack of supplements. Do cycling, quadriceps exercise and tk healthy diet, supplements. If negative thought in his mind then change the environment avoid depressing things do meditation. And always keep positive urself. That's are not big issue if you r strong.
