Dear lybrate-user, many working women get pregnant and deliver normally. I personally performed Caesarean section one day prior to my delivery so donot get worried. Take enough rest at home. Eat plenty of proteins nuts fruits. Avoid eating outside. Let your colleague cooperate and give a helping hand at work and at home take help from your family. Check your haemoglobin your Vit D3 level and take iron Vit cal and Vit D.
