Hi Mamta if you are not conceiving naturally you should try with assisted reproductive methods like IUI and planned intercourse with follicular study. In order to conceive you should have good quality egg and sperms and good Fallopian tubes and good uterus. Please get tested for everything before planning for treatment.

Try to reduce stress, have sex atleast on alternate days during fertile period that is day 7-18 of periods, if no success in 5-6 months ask for a private consultation for investigations to be done.
