Hi Doctor I am having only one testicle will that affect my marriage life. I heard in single testicle won't get enough sperm to make a woman pregnant. I very much worried about this please give suggestions.

Yes it is true - However there are different methods of getting an issue now. Do not be upset First try if there is no result even after several months then move for IVF/infertility centers.

You heard wrong a single testicle is enough to produce enough sperm to impregnate a woman. Please do not worry. You can have a completely normal married life. It is also enough to produce enough hormones for normal sexual development of a boy to man. My advice will be please protect it while contact sports so that there is minimum chance of injury.
