lybrate-user, From the details mentioned and drugs being taken, you have T2 DM, hypothyroidism, hypertension, dyslipidemia (high lipids) and possibly high uric acid. You have mentioned that diabetes is well controlled with HbA1c% 6.7. Burning sensation is usually seen in diabetes due to peripheral neuropathy. When the disease is on for long time, in spite of good control neuropathy is seen to develop. Tight sugar control helps in better control of pain. Vitamin D deficiency per say has no role in causing burning sensation. It helps in maintaining better bone health. However, looking at your weight and height it is clear that there grade 1 obesity with a BMI of 33 kgs/M2. This needs to be controlled. Weight reduction will help in maintaining a much better health. When on treatment TSH should be between 3 to 4 mU/L, to be free from all symptoms. Only on achieving that level efforts to control weight can be successful. So please look into that. Taking Vitamin D3 is good please continue that. Thanks.
