I am male 34 yrs old. I jave dust allergy since my child hood. Whenever I use to play in dust, I use to suffer with allergy like, sneezing, coughing & itchy throat, red and itchy eyes, and rashes on my whole body. But now a days, I dont use to play outside. But I still suffer with, sneezing, itchy nose, eyes. As I know this is because of some food like, dairy products, chocolates, biscuits, sweets and fruits etc. So, I want get a permanent solution for this. I want to enjoy al kinds of food without any allergy reactions. Kindly let me know about this. Thank you.
