There are 2 bumps (red n white color) on exterior part of my anus. They are very painful while excreting stools, My stools are very hard from past 3 weeks. I don't feel constipation, bleeding while excreting, nausea,vomit any of these. How to get rid of these? Is this is any disease? I feel burning n itchy sensation while excreting. 40 days back, I felt itchy sensation for while after excreting. Then it went away normally. But 3 weeks, back.While excreting hard stool, I felt my anus tired. From then, its continued.

Respected lybrate-user hi Avoid all oily spicy nonveg stuffs at all Have more liquids, fibers,fruits, curd for better digestion. Take Sitz bath (sitting in a tub filled with leuk warm water for 10-10 min mor & eve & additionally after passing stool. Thanks Dear consult later after 1 week.

Hi this is prolapsed haemorrhoid, in normal language, prolapsed piles, so treatment is 1.avoid constipation, take syrup loose 15 ml at bed time. 2. Have high fibre diet and plenty of fluids. 3.consult a general surgeon near by who can see and plan for surgery .After examining. If needed .otherwise leave it like that.

Do Sitz bath after passing stool atleast twice daily for a month. Avoid constipation. Have high fibre diet. Add some stool softener like syp duphalac or syp pegalup at bedtime about 30 ml f�r a month.
