I get heads every alternative day. The heads is Pulsating in nature. Limited to the left-front side of the head. Pulsation of the vain is visible from outside. My left eye gets wet during the pain. It lasts for almost 3 hours, with 45-60 mins of sharp insane pain. I have done CT Scan, doctor said I don't have tumor. If it is migraine, then what kind of routine I should follow? What to avoid?

It seems to be due to migraine and Apart from taking symptomatic treatment - Avoid any triggering factor, take folic acid regularly, eat a healthy diet, always be stress free, exercise regularly.
