No it is not related to PCOS .There is a possibility of vaginal infection. I would advice you to use cansoft-Cl vaginal pessaries -insert one daily in vagina for 3 consective nights and see if it reduces your symptoms. Also drink plenty of water daily and avoid any local irritants like soaps and savlon or perfumes in the area.
