Hi. I have lower abdomen pain. And the urologist doctor has suggested that the pain can be neurogenic since my tests report is normal. So he told me to take pregabalin for 2 weeks twice a day, and I already take escitalopram due to Fibromyalgia. And I read on net, they interact with each other. So can I take pregabalin with escitalopram or not? And I take escitalopram 10 mg in morning, so can I take pregabalin at night? And what do you think is the pain due to?

Drug interactions to be definitely avoided. Do not take pregabalin. There r immunotherapy, herbaallied therapy can also work very well. Need interaction to suggest with full reports and Councelling. All the best and God bless you.
