Dear lybrate-user, As you are pregnant by just 5 weeks, you can safely get pregnancy termination using tablets. However before that, it is mandatory to get a scan done to confirm the age of the pregnancy and ensure that the pregnancy is in the womb (Uterus) and not outside the womb (ectopic pregnancy).
