Dear lybrate-userPCOS is a very common problem effecting almost 50% of women who are anxious to conceive. The only problem with PCOS is that you don't have a regular follicular growth. If you don't respond to a particular dose of medication, you can increase the dose of tablets in next month to achieve egg development. If you don't respond to the maximum dose of tablets, you can add injections to get egg development. KQ10 and Evaserve are more like vitamin and hormonal supplements.
