I am HIV positive my cd4 is 408 I am not on ART and don't want to go for it I want to cure this I feel tired now days and some Sickness's like fever, itching under penis area, hair fall, mind loss, mouth infections etc want good consultant ion but I don't want to go on ART please give me ayurvedic and homeopathy treatment pune doctors preferable or if you have cure please guide me on it.

Good Morning ~ Unfortunately, there is no cure for HIV infection. However, HIV infection is manageable if you get on ART (Anti Retroviral Therapy) as soon as possible. The symptoms that you are mentioning are going to be a very real condition if you are not on ART since your immunity levels with come down more rapidly without treatment and therefore you are more prone or susceptible for infections. I am unaware of a cure, however you should get on ART as soon as possible to prevent any further complications of an immunocompromised state which is invitation for a host of infections that you would need treatments for.
