Dear Lybrateuser, -At your age chest pain could be due to acidity, anxiety or sedentary habit -do not skip meals, have meals on time, chew food well, avoid spicy, fried & junk food, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime -have sufficient fluids 7-8 glasses of water per day -do regular exercises like walking, jogging for 20-30 min, also do yoga, meditation & deep breathing for 10-15 min in the morning -avoid more than 1-2 cups of tea, coffee per day -if not much relief then consult a doctor.
