1. But please try to understand that treating fever over here is practically not possible as there can be multitude of reasons.

3. Is your fever is associated with nausea, vomiting. For acute control of your temperature you can take tab paracetamol 500 mg twice or thrice daily if you have no other previous co morbidity.
4. Have lots of liquids in the form of juices, soups, lemonade, coconut water, buttermilk, electral solution in water.
5. Kindly revert in detail so that we can answer you better. If by your symptoms we suspect that you may need some test we will definitely prescribe you so that you can get them done.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Kali iod 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for 3 days. 2. Ferrum phos 6x (3 tabs) thrice a day for 3 days and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.
