To start a medicine for BP several factors have to be taken in to account like magnitude of condition, age, presence of other co-morbid conditions like diabetes, renal functions. Presence of risk factors, past history; so my advice would be not to just ask for some random drug and consult a physician. Treatment of piles depends on the grade- 1 to 4, internal/external, but the main thing is to avoid constipation at all cost. Start with increasing the Fibre content in diet, maintain hydration. Can use natural occurring items like Issaptgol and take medication only if they fail.
