Dear sir, biopsy is important, you must get it .line of treatment is primarily hormonal therapy and if severe pain in Bones then radiation therapy with palliative intent maybe given esp at hip joint as it's a weight bearing area. Hormonal therapy may be removing testicles or injection s or some oral tablet. Inj. Zolendronic acid should also be given on monthly basis.
