Hi, the main component of clonate lotion is clobetasol which is used for corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses. It's contra-indications are heart failure, recent myocardial infarction, hypertension; diabetes mellitus; epilepsy; glaucoma; hypothyroidism; hepatic failure, renal impairment; psychoses; childn and elderly. Should not enter eyes. If infection exists, treat with specific anti-infectives. Pregnancy, lactation. Also, not to use it for children <12 yrs. Long-term treatment of ulcerative conditions, rosacea, pruritus; presence of acute infections. Hypersensitivity. So better consult a dermatologist.
