PID is pelvic inflammatory disease and is because of the infection and swelling of the genitalia specifically uterine and fallopian tubes. Its usually a chronic and recurs even after higher antibiotics and has pain and other complications. Honeopathy can offer a permanent solution and relieve all the symptoms. But for that a detail case is required.
Till then try taking Pulsatilla 6 for few days.
