My daughters height is only 148 cm but weight is 55 kg. Also her breasts are quiet bulky and so she feel ashamed to wear tight dresses. What exercises should she do to reduce her breast and belly? What should be her food habits like?

Large breasts may be due to hormonal and dietary causes. Advise her to avoid all processed / manufactured foods like biscuits, cakes, pasta, drinks. Anything packeted, bottled.
