Is there any permanent solution to gerd (gastro esophageal reflux disease) in ayurveda. My symptoms are Heavy abdominal pain Narrowing of throat Heavy back pain 5 to 6 times motions in a day Please suggest me permanent solution.

Permanent treatment is difficult if you do not maintain a food habit with your work and Take tablet Pan-L before breakfast on empty stomach for three months and always to take a gap of a week before starting it again only if necessary and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet.
