I am facing problem. Breathing from last few days and am having chest pain sometimes .Sometimes I feel like am unable to breath and face anxiety as well, actually feel depressed sometimes, I am facing Hypertension problem and taking homeopathic medicine for high bp .i feel stressed due to suffocation and cant get my ans .consulted various doctors. I take a lot of tension. Pls tell me my disease as I dnt get any answer plus tests and my lungs are perfect pls suggest.

Dear Chest pain, depression, BP, stress. You can help yourself by first of all: improve your digestion and keep a clean stomach. Take castor oil (40 ml) early morning for ONE day with plenty of hot water. Your stomach should flush out all toxins with lot of gas and dirt. This itself will make you feel more energetic, fresh in mind and stop chest pains (these are most likely heart burns from indigestion). Make sure you begin fitness routine daily with activities like cycling for 10 kms, swimming for 30 mins non stop, football etc. Eat fresh foods, stop tobacco, alcohol, antidepressant drugs etc. Drink plenty of water. Dear Lybrateuser, - For your problems to improve you first have to reduce your weight as it is the main cause of breathing problems & hypertension, this you should do by diet & exercise - monitor your BP at least twice a day, once on getting up in the morning & once in the evening, make a record & see if the medication you are taking is having effect & lowering it - have more of vegetables & fruits in your diet, whole grains & low fat dairy, avoid fried, processed & junk food, aerated drinks, sweets, salty snacks, have yogurt, salad, sprouts, nuts if you feel hungry - do regular exercise like walking for about an hour, do moderate weight lifting on at least two days of the week as it helps boost your metabolism & help reduce weight, also try to include yoga, meditation& deep breathing exercise for 10-15 min in the morning to relax your mind & keep your body fit - keep your self busy in your work, read, listen to music, socialize with friends so that you stop worrying & feel better - keep your sleep & wake up time fixed & try to sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night, avoid watching TV, mobile, other gadgets an hour before sleep, a sound & refreshing sleep reduces stress & keeps you alert & active the next day, do not nap for more than half an hour in the afternoon - you have to make an effort & have a strong willpower to change your habits which will keep you healthy & fit.
