I am 25 years old, 7 week pregnant. Want to terminate preg using ru486. What med should I take to avoid pain and infection along with ru 486.

Preferably pain killers (antispasmodics have to be avoided as they will interfere with the abortive process unless pain is very severe and intolerable. You can take antibiotics for 5 days. Also consult your gynaec after 14 days to ensure that the process is complete. Asonography scan will be useful.
