I am 30 years old I got recently married in September. Since then I got pain in my joints and lower back I also have some digestive issues (e.g. Gases and acid reflexes) I can't resist the use of heavy protein .in short I am not able to digest properly THE strengthening foods due to some acid troubles like I have lactose intolerance fatty foods intolerance etc I am suffering from nerve weakness or general weakness. After marriage I got weight gain by six kg and this nerve weakness now affects my sexual health to some extent I am 6 feet tall with 84 kgs of weight. please suggest me something useful to overcome this weakness.
